What do I need to bring to initial session?
Initial paperwork will need to be completed online before session. Also encourage you to come ready to be open and honest, which is a basis for trust. 

What can I expect from the first session?
The initial session is the time for the therapist to understand your current struggles and potential goals.  More importantly, this session is for you to determine if you feel comfortable with the therapist. You can expect to be asked about what brought you to therapy and your personal history.

What about confidentiality?
Discussions between a therapist and a client are confidential. No information will be released without the client’s knowledge and/or written consent unless mandated by law.
